This new home plan is part of the Trilogy at Verde River community, which is an all-ages community with select neighborhoods intended for occupancy by at least one person who is 55 years or older. The home plan offers a range of included features, although these features are subject to change.

The plumbing system is Aqua Pex, and there is a finished easy fit dryer vent box. The home comes with an automatic garage door opener, 200 AMP electrical service with copper wire, and a post tension foundation system. Exterior features include weatherproof GFI exterior outlets, exterior hose bibs with anti-siphon valves, insect screens on operable windows and sliding glass doors, and rocker light switches. The home also includes a 120-gallon propane tank.

The home’s exterior is designed with distinctive style. There is a choice of architecturally designed exterior styles, which may vary depending on the specific plan. The exterior features an acrylic stucco finish by STO®, durable concrete color thru roof tile, and standard rain gutters at courtyards and front entry. The main living areas have spacious and dramatic ceilings, with heights ranging from 9′ to 12′ depending on the plan.
